Our Permanent Dental Implant Services

We specialize exclusively in dental implants—offering solutions designed to restore function, confidence, and long-term reliability. Whether you’re missing a single tooth or need a full smile restoration, each option is carefully planned and customized for you.

Full Arch Dental Implants

Full arch dental implants replace an entire row of missing or failing teeth with a permanent, fixed prosthetic bridge. Supported by multiple titanium posts, this restoration functions like natural teeth, restores full chewing power, and prevents jawbone deterioration, providing a comprehensive and long-lasting alternative to traditional dentures.

All-on-X Dental Implants

All-on-X replaces an entire arch of teeth using four to six strategically angled implants. This permanent, non-removable bridge offers a stable, natural-looking smile. It’s an efficient solution for significant tooth loss, often eliminating the need for bone grafting.

3-on-6â„¢ Dental Implants

The 3-on-6 system uses six implants to support three separate dental bridges. By splitting the restoration into sections, it mimics natural tooth distribution and better preserves the gum line while providing exceptional stability and a natural feel.

Implant-Retained Dentures

Implant-retained dentures (also called snap-on dentures), are a removable solution secured by two to four dental implants. Unlike traditional dentures, they lock into place for enhanced stability and improved chewing power.

Single Tooth Replacements

Replace a missing tooth with a permanent solution that looks, feels, and functions like a natural tooth. Single tooth implants preserve jawbone health and restore your smile without affecting neighboring teeth.

Dental Implants FAQs

Still have questions? Take a look at the FAQ or reach out anytime. If you’re feeling ready, go ahead and apply.

  • Dental implants are the best way of replacing teeth because they utilize titanium. Titanium implants cannot decay and they fuse with the patient's bone. Once an implant is placed, the patient's bone "takes" the placement biologically, and it becomes a lifelong lasting root for a crown, bridge, or full arch. Another benefit of implants is that they preserve the jaw bone & prevent it from dwindling away.

  • As the patient, you will always have the final say on what dental procedure you want done. However, we do have to tell you all of the pros and cons of each treatment type. While regular dentures may be more inexpensive upfront, they are a terrible tooth replacement option long term. The majority of regular denture patients turn out to hate their new teeth months later because they cause pain & discomfort. Additionally, regular dentures do not preserve the jaw bone like implants do.

  • No! With the miracle of modern medicine, we can put you under during the operation to ensure that pain is not felt. The idea of getting implants is scary to many individuals because of this concern of pain. Any pain you would feel after the operation can be significantly reduced, if not fully mitigated with a doctor's prescription of pain killers.
